The Institute of Lutheran Theology (ILT) exists to serve students. It is through these students that the church will be served with competent pastors and classic Lutheran theology will be passed to the next generation. Students come to ILT for many different reasons and are enrolled in many different programs, but all of them depend upon donors to help keep tuition costs low. Historically, 75% of ILT's revenue comes from its donors. ILT could not exist to serve these students without your acts of generosity. As Paul says to the Corinthians about the cheerful giver, "You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God." (2 Corinthians 9:11-12 ESV)
As good stewards of this generosity, we at ILT are not only committed to giving thanks to God, but we are also committed to transparency. Out of this commitment, the Third Quarter Report is being made available. This report provides statistics and analysis for student numbers, donor numbers, and finances through March 2019 (ILT uses a June-July fiscal year). Please look though this report and see what the generosity of God's people is accomplishing!
