Have you used your Thrivent Choice Dollars?

Have you used your Thrivent Choice Dollars? The Institute of Lutheran Theology is a partner with Thrivent Financial allowing Thrivent members to chose ILT as a recipient of their Thrivent Choice Dollars. According to Thrivent.com, "Last year, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans provided more than $100 million to help congregations, communities and individuals in need." By choosing ILT to receive your Choice Dollars you are helping prepare the next generation of faithful Lutheran preachers and teachers. If you have questions about Thrivent Choice please click here to learn more and join the Thrivent members who support the Institute of Lutheran Theology.
Thrivent members can also help ILT through the Thrivent "Live Generously" program. Through this program, members can apply for a $250 grant to supply a local fundraising effort. At this time, ILT is looking for funds to help support the international work done through the Elijah Project. By hosting a local fundraiser and making The Elijah Project at ILT your beneficiary, the money you raise will go toward operating the three certificate program sites serving immigrant pastors and congregations. This project provides courses in the Bible and Lutheran Theology for pastors from developing countries who are in the US. Please consider using this opportunity to support Christian education to immigrant pastors. All students in this program are scholarship students. ILT needs donations to fund 90% of the cost of the courses provided.
